Dallas Zoo

Yesterday we spent the day at the Dallas Zoo. Elijah loved the snakes and tiger...what a boy!!

He really loved watching this "Snake." It was a monitor, but he did inform one mom that she was wrong and it was a snake!
Worn out!! He was asleep within 5 minutes of getting in the car!!
In the gift shop he couldn't decide between a stuffed snake and a stuffed monkey so he got them both!

We made our way to the waterpark today. We had a blast, but we're all sitting here sunburnt tonight!!

A Day in the Park!

We headed to the park today for a fun morning! Eli and Emma spent a while chasing the geese (Emma actually nipped at one!-It was missing an eye and didn't see her coming!)

Then Eli got to walk Emma to Lucy Land-all the park equipment.

There was a school there having a play day. So Eli played with their sand toys and they even let him in the moon bounce! Emma and I had a constant mob of children around us since she's so cute!

Elijah was so tired after all the playing!!

They're Here!!

Alli and Eli came into town yesterday. Eli slept the whole flight and did great!

We had planed to go the outlet mall on our way home yesterday. We got a little lost getting there, then when we parked we realized we had left their luggage sitting in the parking garage....yep you read that right!! I set them beside the car, hooked Elijah's seat in then got in and off we went!! So we ate a quick lunch at the outlet mall and headed back to the airport! Luckily someone turned in the luggage so it all turned out okay. But by the time we left the airport there really wasn't time for shopping so we just headed home. And of course it was then rush hour so it took us 3 hours to get home instead of the usual 2....Kind of a mess of a day but we're home with them and their luggage finally!!

Tomorrow!

Alli and Eli will be coming into town tomorrow! This will be Eli's first time flying...I'll update you on how that goes! Chris and I are pretty excited to see them both. We have some fun stuff planned....zoo, waterpark, and shopping. Don't worry, I'll take a ton of pics!!
