Last weekend we helped Chris' parents put up their Christmas tree, then Nicole came over and helped me put up ours! Every year we put up the trees together, and it's great fun! Here's the finished products!!
This blog was created so our family and friends can keep up with us. Chris works for a pipeline company that relocates us every few years. We've lived in Texas, Missouri, West Virginia, and now Colorado!! Come follow us as we adapt and explore on this crazy journey!!

FYI #4
When you're making yummy Christms goodies, and have a dog that can easily reach things on the counter, it's a good idea to put the blue food coloring away as soon as you're done. Just a warning, but if you forget it's very likely that you will end up with a dog that has a blue mouth and nose.....

Emma's Bed....Wait, What?!
We bought Emma a very cute pink bed last year. However, she rarely, if ever uses it. Marathon, on the other hand, really loves it! Since the first weekend we had her she finds a way to contort herself to fit into the bed. Surprisingly, she still finds a way to fit!

Thanksgiving 2008
Omaha, Nebraska
Northern Natural Gas
I tried to take a couple of pictures of the office but it was dark. So I found a picture on the internet. Here is a picture of Northern Natural Gas Company. My office is on the 7th floor. I love the glass windows because you can look out and see everything, especially on the 7th floor. On one side of the building you can look out and see the river. Pretty awesome! Security is pretty tight, you need an ID card to get in the office. There are a lot of huge houses right across the office with tennis courts, basketball courts, 4 car garage, and lots of land. This area near the office must be the rich neighborhood. Must be nice!
